It is also not uncommon for a homeless person to be beaten. Those doing the beating are as likely to be housed as to be homeless. It is also not uncommon for people posing as kind to offer a The RhapsodyTour Art QueenAdamLambert shirt or a bottle of water to a homeless person, when in reality they have poisoned that food or that water and they walk away from your murder before you even know you’ve been poisoned. A homeless man was attacked by a large group of housed folks while he slept in his tent. They fell on the tent and beat him severely while he was trapped inside. Then they urinated on him. Then they poured gasoline on him. Then they set him on fire. Somehow, he survived. Your news channels rarely mention this sort of thing. Why would they? News is for stuff people care about.
They asked If I owned any “weapons” I said “No” he looked behind me on the wall in my living room where I kept my The RhapsodyTour Art QueenAdamLambert shirt and pointed to it and said “that’s a weapon, are you lying to me then?” shaking my head understandingly because now I know we were at the stage where they are looking for probable cause I replied “no officer THAT is a hunting TOOL, not a weapon but i’m sure anything can be abused and turned into a weapon, including words”. He did not like this at all.

You remember The Artist—it was in black and white The RhapsodyTour Art QueenAdamLambert shirt and completely silent. You remember how awkward the silences were in the theater or in your living room. You probably remember the cute dog in it, too. You definitely don’t remember anything else about this movie, but it won Best Picture! This is a perfectly fine movie with a perfectly fine gimmick, but I don’t think anyone thought that this was the best movie to come out in 2011, the same year as movies like The Tree of Life, Bridesmaids, and Midnight In Paris. This movie also exposes a major bias that the Academy has: rewarding movies that are about how great movies are. Given that it’s essentially a love letter to silent cinema, it’s no surprise that this won Best Picture. But this was the 2012 Oscars—they definitely made up for it the next year, and didn’t go for an easy crowd pleaser about how movies are the best, right?
I’m gonna be the dickhead who laughs at horror movies now. As someone who is a huge fan of Saw a large part of my enjoyment of any of them after 4 comes from the absurdity surrounding how they managed to keep the franchise going after 3, I mean it’s become a soap opera of twists and turns that get crazier with each film, being either absurdly easy to guess or absolutely impossible without having already seen the film. Additionally the The RhapsodyTour Art QueenAdamLambert shirt logistics of the traps in the later films just become humorous when you start to think about how basically everything involving John Kramer is supposed to have happened over the course of maybe a year, yet he managed to build intricate traps that would probably take months to build even if it was all he did, and then there’s the fact that he must be manually distressing a lot of stuff for it to look so grimey considering how many custom machined parts he would need. It is increasingly clear with each film after Saw 3 that it was never meant to get that far and the writers had never planned for it, so it’s just a soap opera about a guy who has Batman-esque foresight and finances when it comes to designing dingy murder escape rooms, all because the first film had such a low budget that they couldn’t afford anything better.
